Your fleet keeps flying.
Field support for companies operating drone fleets. Our own crew, loaner equipment and scheduled maintenance across Chubut and Santa Cruz.
How we work
From the fault to the enclosure back in service, step by step.
Step 1 of 6
Alert
The client spots the fault and reports it by phone, email or mobile — whichever is at hand. On our end there are two operators on duty, at any hour of the day or night.
Step 2 of 6
Response
The duty desk answers, takes down the details and opens the service ticket with the enclosure, the unit and the fault. A phone call becomes a traceable procedure.
Step 3 of 6
Dispatch
The crew leaves base with the pickup already loaded: spare drone and dock, tools, satellite antenna and laptop. They don't go out to see what happened — they go out with the replacement on board.
Step 4 of 6
Intervention
The pickup stays outside the enclosure, with traffic cones in place. The crew works inside with the dock open, while the beacon warns anyone out in the field.
Step 5 of 6
Sign-off
Our crew verifies on site and the client's pilot flies the unit from their own building. Both ends confirm at the same time.
Step 6 of 6
Closure
The enclosure is back in service, the crew returns to base and the ticket closes under the same number it was opened with. Repaired on site or replaced, the enclosure is never left down.
